Humboldt State University Natural History Museum
The mission of the Humboldt State University Natural History Museum, through its collections, exhibits, and programs, is to inspire in North Coast residents and visitors of all ages an understanding and appreciation of the dynamic natural world and to provide a learning laboratory for Humboldt State University students. The Museum invites all ages to an open house to find out the answers to these questions and lots more from more than 10 different kinds of scientists. Come and meet an entomologist, geologists, wildlife biologists and an archeologist. Learn what interests the scientists have, what their science is about and what you need to do to become a scientist.
