Ball-Sellers House Museum
The Ball-Sellers house is a rare example of an ordinary person's dwelling of the the 1700s. Exterior view of house from southeast John Ball obtained a 166-acre land grant from Lord Fairfax in 1742. A yeoman farmer, he built a one-room log cabin with a loft in what is now Arlington, Virginia.
